Production and operational updates during the COVID-19 outbreak.

The following summary provides live updates of any known production or logistics issues:

UK production and fulfilment operation – Normal operation, no known issues to report.

Our team are following government guidelines, and admin staff are working remotely when possible.

UK delivery – Normal operation but expect minor delays. Royal Mail advise that some areas may experience a delay of a few days, but they are ensuring delivery nationwide as normal.

EU delivery – Normal operation but expect some delays and reduced tracking. Whilst a number of European countries have closed their borders, the closures are limited to the movement of people only. Parcels are moving throughout Europe by air and road as normal.

Italy and Spain have operational postal services but due to stricter measures as well as a reduced workforce in local postal services, customers in Italy and Spain should expect delays in the upcoming weeks due to the latest closures.
