More to share.
More to grow.

For a grandparent who enjoys the garden, a fresh selection is something to open, plan and come back to. The booklet gives them the instructions for each variety, ready to keep beside the pots.

The gift can become a reason to spend time together. Read the guide, choose a suitable growing place and label the pots. If grandchildren join in, an adult should choose the varieties, handle the seeds and lead the growing.

Choose for their garden.

Think about the space they use and the kinds of projects they enjoy. Gardeners Box is a mixed seed subscription: flowers, grasses, herbs and edibles can feature across the year.

They will need outdoor growing space, compost and suitable containers. Some seeds need a sheltered start. If you are unsure about their setup, ask us before buying.

Make room for
a growing day together.

A shared gift can be a reason to spend time in the garden, as well as something to open.

Ask about the way they garden.

A grandparent with established beds may enjoy trying different varieties in pots first. Someone who has reduced their growing space may need help checking what can fit. Ask about their current setup rather than assuming they want more projects.

Give your time alongside the seeds.

Your card could suggest an afternoon reading the booklet, preparing pots or helping with labels. If grandchildren join in, the adult gardener should choose suitable tasks, handle the seeds and guide the activity. A shared visit can make the gift more personal without changing what is included in the box.

Your words,
with their first box.

Tell them why you chose a year of growing, or suggest a garden afternoon together. Your card arrives in the first box; the next eleven deliveries bring new seasonal selections.
