Where is my order shipped from and how much is delivery to my country?
We are based in the UK, and offer free delivery on every order worldwide!
What is a subscription?
Gardeners Box is a monthly or yearly subscription product. Every month we will send you our hand curated Gardeners Box packed with seeds, instructions and inspiration to make your garden bloom all year round. Your subscription will renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account area here. Please note that cancellations need to be made at least 7 days before your renewal as we prepare Gardeners Boxes by hand a few days before your renewal.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express as well as Paypal.
What is your refund policy?
We want to wow you, so we offer a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. Simply get in touch if you are unhappy so you can send us back your order and we will refund your order in full, minus your return shipping costs.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery to the UK typically takes 2-3 working days. To the rest of Europe and the US/Canada we typically advise between 4-12 working days.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We use industry standard SSL encryption, and all payments are made through our secure payment processors Stripe, Braintree and Paypal. No card details are stored on our servers.
What exactly happens after ordering?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, and all subsequent boxes will be posted on the same date as your first order the following months.
